REBRAND:
Q: Why did you change your name?
A: We rebranded Third Space Yoga due to trademark issues and litigation brought on by a large corporation. While this has been unfortunate and unforeseen, we’re focusing our outlook on positive change!
Q: What does this mean for the studio?
A: As we move forward, the only thing we’ve changed is our name. The philosophy of a “third space” remains at the heart of this studio, a place where everyone feels comfortable and excited, no matter their personal journey. You will still find the same great sweaty practice, the same roster of dope teachers, and the same yoga home you've come to love.
Q: I have a free pass to Third Space Yoga – can I still use that?
A: Absolutely! We are the same owners, teachers, and studio – bring along those Third Space passes so we can get you into a great class!
Q: How can I be a part of the rebranding?
A: Spread the word! Tell your friends, post about us on social media, leave us a Google review, grab some stickers to post around your neighborhood!
NEW MEMBERSHIP SOFTWARE:
Q: Why are you moving to a new membership software?
A: We’ve partnered with Walla to make your studio experience even smoother. Walla will be our new scheduling, booking, and communication system working behind the scenes to elevate all of your studio interactions.
Q: What do I need to do to move my profile over?
A: To make our transition seamless and your booking experience even better, please follow these steps:
Check your email on Thursday, November 3rd for an email from automation@hellowalla.com (Remember to check your spam folders, too!)
Click the link in the email to create your Walla login credentials (this will include a new password).
Go to our class schedule and log in to view your account details.
Your Walla account will be set up after you complete these three steps. All active memberships and/or packages will be in your account details and you'll be able to sign up for upcoming classes!
Q: What about the Third Space Yoga app?
A: We’re no longer using the TSY app and have moved over to the ease and simplicity of the Walla app. You can sign up for classes, make purchases, manage your account, and more!
